Unbelievably bad. Every time we go, they never have our prescriptions, even though we get updates saying they’re ready. Then, if by some miracle they actually have what they said they have, they apparently have no idea how to bill/process insurance so there’s always extra out of pocket expenses.
The automated system will not let me talk to a human it’s annoying!
Everyone was excellent and very friendly. I always liked CVS Pharmacy.
