This is by far the WORSE pharmacy there is. Customer service is literally NON existant at this location and the manager is an absolutely joke. AVOID the minute clinic here like it was the plague...how this store is even open is beyond me.
I just went to pick up a prescription that was due at 2 o’clock. It is now 330 and the woman at the window was absolutely ridiculously rude! I will not be using CVS anymore to fill my prescriptions.
When you walk in the store is smell like feces not a fart like someone walk in crapped on the floor. I told the lady about it she Shrugged her shoulders. Don't go to this store.
Picked up my meds this morning via drive thru - gave clerk Gabriella my phone to scan my extra care card along with my cash and the signed receipt. I asked her if she scanned it and she nodded that she did. I get home and don't see it anywhere on my receipt. So my point is "Why did she lie to my face when I asked her if she scanned it?" I've never had a problem before with your other ee's but this girl NEEDS more training in customer service!
Dropping off my prescription today. Ask someone in the pharmacy area for some information. I don't know what I did but by her facial expression she didn't want to explain anything. I'm sorry I'm just not knowledgeable on this medication and as a customer I'm sure it's ok to ask.
I can't just blame the people at the minute clinic but their whole process. The stupid method of contacting a 1800 number to get answers! Being transferred over 5 times and getting no where. I'm on hold as I type this I've been on hold for so long. Unfortunately I have to tolerate this because having private insurance has an additional price to pay!! #cvs#minuteclinic worse experience I've ever had!
