I work for instacart and live close to this CVS. I just got an instacart order it said for 1 item for $9. It’s only $9 but it was just to pick up 1 item and the house it gets delivered to is close so I accepted it. I take the time to get to the store I don’t get to see the item until I get into the store . I've had miserable experiences here! Last week there was an issue with a prescription (my doctor stamped her signature instead of signing it, so it wasn't all their fault) but when I started to get upset, instead of dealing with me in a calm and professional manner, the head pharmacist decided to walk away from me entirely. Not the way to handle customer service! Then when I went back to fill my prescription a few days later, I was told it would only take "15-20 minutes."
