more COMPETENT staff. My dr sent over the script for my INSULIN 10 days ago.STILL NOT READY. I am COMPLETELY OUT IF INSULIN and no one seems to appreciate the urgency AT ALL
They are the worst. Drop off your scrips early in the day to be told it’s an hour wait. Come back several hours later and your scripts are filled. Then you receive text messages that your medication is ready only for them to say it’s no medication
Kathryn in the Pharmacy is awesome. There’s a really long line and she is working the registers like a super hero. She showed not one ounce of frustration and she made sure that the customers were checking and transferring their coupons for use in the store. You need more like her. They are all very nice, but I just wanted to share the fact that today, Kathryn handled the Pharmacy area Professionally, with a kind word and a smile. Give her a raise.
Really had a bad experience. The pharmacist slammed my prescription on the counter. Chen was very rude. I moved my prescriptions to another store.
