In general, they're very friendly and if you can get a response, they try and accommodate, but their limited staff, hours, and supply mean long lines and typical fill times means you almost never get your prescription within a day of it being sent in. One of my medication has a perpetual shortage and this location is so poorly supplied, they often have to split my 90 day supplies into three 30 day supplies and frequently still need to order it (not their fault, clearly a corporate issue). Was already worried about coming here because of the online reviews yet still came because it was the closest from home. Line was extremely long. As the line was going I could already hear people ahead of me complaining about how bad the system was and how they weren’t going to get their medicines because of a broken system. On my turn I immediately found out they DIDN’T have my medicine in stock. Lady was nice enough to refer me to the closest CVS in Alameda (Santa Clara). Pharmacist 20 minutes late back from lunch. Was second in line but still had to wait 30 minutes for them to serve the first customer. They don't answer the phone. Awful.
