I've been using this CVS for a few years to pick up my prescriptions and I absolutely love the staff. They are very friendly and personable. Once when I had a transition in insurance- I wasn't able to afford my much needed medication and they applied a discount to allow me to be able to afford it and I will never forget that. That goes above and beyond- they care about their customers.
Unfriendly, unhelpful staff who don't know how to do their jobs. If you try to call, good luck getting through to a real person. You're better off using literally any other pharmacy.
CVS staff was very prompt in helping me to get the prescription I needed!
Pharmacist refused to do their job even when I had a senior manager from medi-cal on my phone explaining how to do it. The other pharmacists were too busy to help despite me being the only person in line for over an hour. This place is a scam
