the slowest pharmacy ever. it takes days to get scripts
Came into the store to buy a pack of toilet paper. Stood at the counter 10 minutes yelling “hello! Hello! Anybody work here??? NOTHING!! When the rude b^#}^ finally came out I didn’t get an apology or nothing. Couldn’t even tell she worked here. She had no name badge or nothing!! This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with the employees here but I guarantee it will be my LAST VISIT!!!!!
At least they had all of Codine I went to O'Fallon and they piecemealed me my prescription in three orders I had like nine calls on my phone your prescription is ready at the O'Fallon Cvs
Here I thought CVS Swansea, Il. had improved until I went today for an advertised item! Crest toothpaste 99 cents/tube! The shelf had 1 spot dedicated to this item and of course it was empty! I asked if they had more and guess what! All stores around Swansea except Columbia Il. was out! AND the sales person said it was not on yesterdays order to get more in! Imagine that! not enough product for the sales ad week long sale and none ordered at that price! Not only do I hate this practice but I really dont like their CVS bucks ... read more
