I ordered Bday cards at CVS on Duke St, Alexandria, VA. I received a confirmation email and went to pick up today. My orders could not be found and after talking to a supervisor, she said: our card machine has been broken for the past 3 weeks and I received a confirmation email? She said, oh yeah sorry. No one cared to even sent an email. Instead I had to waste my time going to the store and end up leaving empty handed. Horrible service.
If I could take away stars I would. Every single time I get a new prescription in you guys mess it up. Literally every single time. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
