This pharmacy filled a prescription, 30 pills, no refills. I picked it up. Then a couple weeks later, I started getting texts about refills of the Rx being ready for pickup. I don't want refills, and I shouldn't get refills. Since then, I've gotten 12 more texts. After about 6 of them, I went into the store in person and told them to stop sending me texts. When picking up my daughters medicine tonight I didn’t receive her asthma medicine promised to have been by NOON yesterday. I was told they put it on hold because they got busy and now I would have to wait at least an hour to get it. Poor customer service and work ethic. Will not be returning and transferring out of this location.
Pharmacy sucks bad attitudes lazy and doesn't make scripts ready at your promised time. Also they will open your bag of meds to give to someone else if your a day late picking them up, and not have yours in that store when you go get them. Front of cvs is awesome though.
One of the better Cvs's. I find that the wait isn't as long here.
