Dropped off prescription yesterday. They didn’t even call me that dr wrote wrong date and they couldn’t fill it. I had to go in next day to ask for it. Took them 20 min to find my prescription. They could not answer why they didn’t call me about the error. Horrible service.
Worst customer service. I waited behind 4 to 5 cars in drive thru. When it came to my turn, they wanted me to go back in line because it was not ready. Prescription was called two hours ago. They threatened to call the cops since I didn’t want to go back in line. Not the first time I had to wait even after coming hours the doctor has called the prescription in.
