The staff provided exceptional service in resolving an issue with our prescription authorization. Although the approval had initially been submitted incorrectly, multiple team members assisted us in identifying and correcting the problem. They even extended their efforts beyond regular business hours. In addition, they supplied all necessary documentation for reimbursement after we were required to pay for the medication out of pocket. Their dedication and support were greatly appreciated.
