Cynthia, the manager, was very condescending and then topped it off with some patronization. Cynthia, as a medical professional, you should strive for patience and empathy. This was a very disappointing experience.
I would like to sincerely thank Simini, the pharmacist at CVS, for her exceptional care and dedication. She went truly above and beyond to help me coordinate with a specialty pharmacy—something that was not simple or quick. Despite it being a very busy Monday, she took the time to thoroughly assist me, and she even worked on this over the weekend on Saturday to help move things along. The pharmacists was extremely rude. They had my RX but couldn’t find it in their computer system even though she was holding the filled RX with my name on it. Just very poor communication and unwillingness to help me. Said she would call IT. Came by that evening and she said IT rarely comes by and she can’t help me.
