I would like to recognize the outstanding team at my CVS Pharmacy inside of Target (5300 Mopac), especially pharmacist Cynthia and pharmacy technician Alex. Yesterday, when I picked up my prescription, Cynthia took the time to come over, speak with me, answer my questions, and personally hand me my medication. Cynthia, the manager, was very condescending and then topped it off with some patronization. Cynthia, as a medical professional, you should strive for patience and empathy. This was a very disappointing experience.
I would like to sincerely thank Simini, the pharmacist at CVS, for her exceptional care and dedication. She went truly above and beyond to help me coordinate with a specialty pharmacy—something that was not simple or quick. Despite it being a very busy Monday, she took the time to thoroughly assist me, and she even worked on this over the weekend on Saturday to help move things along.
