God awful. Never on promised times for prescriptions, can't even figure out how to enter my insurance properly, between three different people! Never less than a 30 minute wait, even when you dropped it off long ago and were promised it would be done within an hour.... So frustrating!!!!
This place is horrible!! They have 2 people working and one stays at the drive thru and the other on the phone. Note to self....ALWAYS GO TO DRIVETHRU, ITS FASTER!!! ;(
Been on hold over 25 mins and no one has answered the phone even to ask me to hold I'm thinking of switching my prescriptions back to Kroger this is uncalled for!
I can always depend on a long wait at the CVS pharmacy counter in addition to a 50/50 chance that they will either not have the prescription I need or it will not be ready. Thanks CVS!
