This CVS store #3029 has the worst customer service. Even the store manager Josh did not know the policy. I wanted use some coupons and he didn't understand the wording of "1 coupon per purchase". After I explained, he still said he would not accept it. Other times I came, another shift manager did not know why my extra bucks did not print. Requiring patrons to leave their backpacks on the floor behind the check stand is ridiculous and not welcoming. I'm a grown woman picking up a prescription for my mother. My backpack is a diaper bag and purse. Requiring me to leave my valuables on the floor is ludicrous when another woman can walk in with a suitcase-sized purse on her arm with no questions asked. Common sense, please.
10am and boy,the customer's restroom looks awful. #thisrestroomneedshelp!
