Hire employees who care. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting to drop off a prescription. The pharmacist ignored me (and never said a word to me) and the person checking customers out had 3 in line. When he finished with those, he told me he wasn't trained for entering new prescriptions. I left. Figured I'll take my prescription somewhere that cares.
LIED TO about a prescription not being in stock by a tech. He was rude, acted like I was taking up his time, and told me the meds I needed were out of stock and couldn't be ordered for a few weeks because the pharmacist is on maternity leave. There were actually 4 in stock, and I needed 10. He could have partially filled it, but lied instead. Really disappointed.
