The pharmacy staff are super rude. Ive only been twice and I'm definitely switching to the Walgreens across the street. I've been scolded or outright yelled at by three different staff members on two occasions for not knowing how to use the new screen, not knowing I wasn't supposed to use the screen at that particular register, and asking a question about the information on the screen. I left in tears today and am absolutely done with CVS.
my first time shopping at this new CVS location in Revere, MA which was formerly the Rite Aid location on Broadway…overall very satisfied with my first shopping experience there.🤙
They are extremely RUDE! I sent .my husband for 3 medications. They gave him 1 and were RUDE TO HIM. so then he picked me up. Cvs said he didn't know the names of my meds, I said he gave you my name and phone number.,. It should pop up. Horrible people
This store was always cramped and run down but the new store is is huge and clean! Unfortunately, the customer service/staffing is still just as bad. One of the last times I was there when it still on Squire Road, there was one cashier on, and she was too busy to come assist in opening a display case. She said the manager had been in the office for 2 hours, but after 4 or 5 minutes, he finally came out to assist us.
