Whatever happened to customer service. Try going into a CVS and talk to one of the workers in the pharmacy. They tell you to use the touch tone screen. I've been using CVS for the past 50 years This is the last year I used CVS. I'll go across the street to Cambridge Health Alliance where they don't have touch screens. You get to speak to an actual representative. They have a glass screen between you and the pharmacist. I feel like I'm at a bodega.
