Good lord, CVS Pharmacy phone calls are getting worse than telemarking! I have called both corporate and told the local store to stop calling and they keep calling. The local store said I have to called corporate, when I already have, and corporate advised me that they have marked me as no call. This is ridiculous I am tired of being harassed to refill a prescription that I don’t need filled. Way to push the pills to make your sales for the day!

I arrived there sick to fill 1 script. My Dr had sent it electronically. She told me it had just come and would be 5-10 minutes. Over half an hour later I asked. Was told originally they would call my name when it was ready. Pharmacist had my script. It was ready and thrown in a basket. Asked him what about my being called when it was ready. He said they didn't know if I was in store or not. Really? They said 5-10 min. Where did they think I would go? This is not the first time it's happened. Poor customer service.

This is what was found in my wife's prescription bottle. A candy wrapper!

Twilla is a horrible person, if you are sick she can make you sicker, even if customers complained CVS does nothing about her, if it was not for Twila everybody else in the store is generally good

Pharmacy is terrible. If they don't have your medicine they are unwilling to check other CVS pharmacies for you. The lady "helping" me told me there were no other CVS stores close by which is not true. I was then told to figure it out on my own after she demanded I let other customers drop off their medication first and making me wait over 30 minutes.

The Lead Tech, Britton is phenomenal. I have never had any pharmacy personnel or anyone in the service industry go to the lengths that Britton has to help me. Always great service!

Good and bad - The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are good, with the exception of Twilla. She is unbelievably rude, unfriendly, has no people skills, etc. This is not one experience, but dozens.
