I have been using this pharmacy for around 10 years, and they do an excellent job providing my medications consistently, on time, without drama. Praise God
I think that the people who work here are probably great - it must be CVS themselves that is to blame for not having enough employees on the clock - most of the 1 star reviews share a common theme, long wait times inside, on the phone and especially through the drive thru. The CVS owner account leaving follow-up customer friendly comments means nothing because the issues have been going on long enough now that if they actually cared they could do something about it instead of just "appreciate" our sadness.
