I love this CVS. The Pharmacist and the Assistant are nice and helpful. I am a Senior Citizen sometimes I need help. And I find all the members really kind and they take out the time to help me. Working with the public requires patience and they have that.
Sure do love when the pharm tech treats me like I'm stupid for asking a simple question about my prescription. Can't switch pharmacies fast enough. This location is a nightmare on a normal day when you arent being treated poorly by the staff. EDIT: Classic robot response to issues. I'm not even going to bother complaining because based on the years of similar reviews, nothing is ever changed. Just going to take my business elsewhere, not that the corporation would care.
The customer service is terrible and you end up going back and forth with the AI on the phone and never get connected to a human when you ask for a human. The pharmacists also tried to lie about my prescriptions and although I understand the needle shortage they should never be almost handing over the wrong needle sizes to anyone or forgetting to check if there are 2 needles prescribed since some medications literally require 2 needles to even inject. Terrible. The CVS inside of Target is NOT CVS. That’s what the employee told me. You will not be able to use your app for points or discounts. Not at all. How is it a CVS but doesn’t allow you to use the CVS app? This is the only one I’ve ever heard of like this. Pathetic
