It’s been three weeks still haven’t transferred my prescription to Safeway pharmacy. Told me to call my doctors office and Safeway pharmacy. Filled my prescription instead of transferring when asked to.
Pharmacy responded quickly when I left a voicemail. Helpful person on the phone gave me the information I needed. Pharmacy team spent the day tracking my prescription and figured out what they needed to fill my order. Painlessly gave me a covid and flu shot while filling my prescription. Friendly and efficient staff.
