Good team
Pharmacy responded quickly when I left a voicemail. Helpful person on the phone gave me the information I needed. Pharmacy team spent the day tracking my prescription and figured out what they needed to fill my order. Painlessly gave me a covid and flu shot while coming my prescription. Friendly and efficient staff.
I had to have a very simple prescription transferred from Safeway. It took four calls, and eight hours to fill this prescription. They lied to me saying they couldn’t get ahold of my pharmacist at Safeway- really they just hadn’t called yet. I’m so unimpressed with the lack of professionalism and customer experience.
