Always a problem at CVS. Slow, inattentive people working behind the counter. Incompetent. Couldn't find an order because they and used "Tom" instead of "Thomas" as my name on the order. Everything else was correct: last name, date of birth and phone number but they told me they didn't have any order for me. Walked in at 7:59 and watched them close the gate in my face and say they're closed
Very rude and impatient pharmacist, she gave wrong information to me, rudely urged me to leave and routed us to an already closed cvs store when my family was in an emergency. When I double checked if that store was still open at that time as Google map said it was closed,she repeatedly said yes open and rudely ask me to leave.

WORST pharmacy person ever! An Asian middle aged woman, in her 40s likely. Short hair, half white. We want to get Tdap vaccine. We first called in and confirmed that it was available for walk in. When we came to the store, this woman rudely told us that “no vaccine. The call was wrong.” Without even checking. Then I asked where can I go? She said the target CVS.
