CVS Pharmacy at Apache Junction Pharmacist Amanda/boastfully states she is a Doctor. Doctor??? MD? PHD? What? Does not respect HIPPA, threatened to hold my does changed medication unless I specified the dosage was not to be taken simultaneously to or with the previous dose ordered of the same medication.
