Very good experience at the mini clinic and rx but I needed help with a photo order I wanted to place but the lady behind the counter was trying to help me but she needed to assist customers at checkout have been going to TWINSBURG cvs for about 15 years but my last few visits were not good I went to walgreens and they took care my photo needs I know you have many new people on your team but I suggest management must stress how important customer service is

I just came back from the Minute Clinic. I arrived at 7:55 and signed in. I know they say they stop taking patients 15 minutes before they close (8:00). I am sick so I took my chances. The computer allowed me to sign in. The nurse came out at 8:05 finishing with another person, went back in the room and about 30 seconds later came out and informed that she was closed.
