The pharmacy staff at this CVS seem overworked and often shorthanded but are always very professional; they have been especially great in times when there are national drug shortages-- that is to say I think this pharmacy is managed extremely well. They also return messages promptly.
Prescription was sent 2 weeks ago and was not ready when I arrived. Pharmacist lied about having just received it. Then said they just received the drugs which is another lie that they say every time!!! And then I wasted 2 hours of driving back and forth to arrive and a mistake was made and prescription was not complete… it’s outraging to waste people time like that! And all of that with freaking fake apology : we’re sorry doesn’t make up for that!
