Poor customer service didn't greet me when I walked up with three women standing there I had to greet them first as the customer. However when a man of another race was there 2 of the women made sure to be extra kind and courteous to him. Do better!!!
Once again, the reviews don’t lie! Rude, incompetent pharmacist. My prescription was received but they didn’t pull it through. Instead of communicating a timeframe or what was happening she begins to work the order 2 mins before they close for break. And because she couldn’t get the computer to work she decides to give up and close the gate while I’m speaking to her. Came here for the fist time, the pharmacy is inside Target. The people were very nice. My prescription was ready in 10 min.
Pharmacy tech, Taniesha, is extremely unprofessional. Moved here from out of state, and my dog had 2 torn ACLs & has been on pain medication for the past 4 years, since before we even adopted her. We are in the process of organizing the expensive $10k surgery to fix her legs…but for now, per vets advice, Gabapentin & tramadol. We brought them the script 1 week ago, with just 2 days of meds left. The next day, we went in person to follow up (as there isn’t really a direct line here). Went here because I just moved and had to have my dogs prescription filled asap as she’s on a controlled pain medication. They took a week to fill the script because they said her dosage was too high so they had to contact the vet (they didn’t) When I was finally able to pick it up they proceeded to question what this medication was for even though my vet contacted them, and told me her dosage was too high and that it was up to the discretion of the pharmacy to fill the medication, but they decided to fill it.
