I like most CVS locations. For a variety of reasons, the Reservoir Avenue location disappoints me. In spite of masks being mandated, there was a customer walking around the store without a mask. I don’t know if staff approached him, but he shouldn’t have been able to get into the store without one. He was mask less even up to the register. That’s unacceptable to me. I don’t feel safe with that location and will frequent a different CVS location.
Pharmacy drive up is always slow and never seems to have all your prescriptions ready
RecommendedAlways a good place to go and pick up our pills. My only thing is coupons. Can’t used them when sales products are advertised When getting flu shot this coupon is worthless. Has to be non sale items. That’s why I visit CVS. Please try a system that we can enjoy the coupons

Whatever you do don't go to cvs in Cranston because their pharmacy system sucks!!!! Worst pharmacy ever. They were rude I came only because my pharmacy didn't have the medicine for My sick daughter on hand and there the only with it urologist and my pharmacy contacted them at 1pm we were told a 2 hour wait I came at 740pm waited in line for 15 minn to be told it would be 15 more minutes before it's ready as there behind!!! then they call my name because it's ready and told me I had to get back in line again and wait!!!!! 10 people in line at pharmacy, 1 cashier. No one at front of store, 3 cashier's.
Daytime CVS on Park Ave is a Nightmare. No news there. Usually 3 pharmacists and however many techs it takes to fill the bottles of all those drugs they are selling there. I go at night because I work @ 5 am and my RX is not always in stock...Tonight that man was alone, more work than I ever saw anyone else have to do, and he knows my face, probably what I needed even, and instead of being an ass just because he could have, he dropped everything and got me out in ten minutes. The worst customer service that I have ever encountered in 38 years on this planet. First they called me a liar. Then, they called my doctor a liar. The pharmacy tech was condescending, she yelled at me and spoke over me. I spoke to the store manager, no apology. I spoke to the pharmacy manager, no apology. My doctor had to call twice. She had to get the second pharmacists name and id number the second time so that she could report them. I have a seizure condition. THANKS CVS.
