The CVS at Bell Creek Mechanicsville did not take care of our son when looking up where his RX was located or if it had been filled. Instead, the pharmacist opted to ask us to step aside after we had already waited in line for our turn so he could ring up another customer(s). We stepped aside but then questioned the store policy on why we were asked to step aside instead of taking care of our issue.
