Their pharmacy staff members are very kind, helpful, and take the time to thoroughly explain things to you. I've never had a negative experience with this CVS location. I always feel welcomed. The reason I gave four stars instead of five, is because they no longer answer the phones, and instruct you to use the app or the automated voice call lady that never actually helps with anything. It's very, very inconvenient. But aside from that, this is an amazing pharmacy and I will continue to fill my prescriptions here.
I went in with an infected eye, the lady in the pharmacy told me to order my meds on an app , she shooed me away , she said that was the only way for me to order the rest of my meds, so if you don’t have a phone then you are screwed, all she did was smile like a robot , did nothing to helo me
The pharmacist is very pleasant to deal with good customer service ,pharmacists Tech KN is the best.
