When going to my CVS in Target (Melrose Park, IL), I always hope to see Koji the Pharmacist, he’s a special person. He starts off with his welcoming smile and a greeting. He’s always pleasant and giving his full attention to customers and if one has a question Koji alway does his best to answer it; this I have witnessed at time when I was in line.
Outclasses everyone else.
