Hey Koji the pharmacist, I don't like you. My daughter tried to explain that while our base insurance changed, the prescription company stayed the same. You only had to rerun it with the new member ID. She gave you the freaking card. You screwed it up. Then you told her to call some help line. I had to do it and get all parties together on the phone because you couldn't be bothered to do a simple task. Then you got mouthy on the phone with me. You wasted three people's time today, not including your own. Do better.
