As a provider, I contacted the pharmacy to inquire about patient information, following the usual procedure. However, the pharmacy technician responded with an abrupt tone, and I found myself taken aback by their words. I attempted to explain the situation, but the technician interrupted and then abruptly ended the call, acknowledging their own rudeness. Reciprocating, what you give these days is almost nonexistent!
I've never had an issue here. Typically I get my prescription faster here than going to other CVS locations. If they don't have a medication, I have received phone calls from the pharmacy to let me know. My only wish is a drive thru option.
I have been coming here for years and everyone has been nice, friendly, and provided prompt, quality service. Very impressed bc today I left a message to check on a script and was called back in less than an hour. Very happy
