I have been coming here for years and everyone has been nice, friendly, and provided prompt, quality service. Very impressed bc today I left a message to check on a script and was called back in less than an hour. Very happy

Place is an absolute joke. Third time coming in to get a script and each time another excuse… Either, “we’re backed up today and your script isn’t actually filled (after I received a text saying it was 2 hours prior)” or sitting in the drive through window, and they literally close the window on me. Walk inside and rude lady looks at me with a nasty stare and says, “sir, we’re closed”… lady, you just closed the window on me while sitting at the drive through. This has got to be the worst cvs I have ever gone through. They have never, NOT ONCE, in the last year had a prescription I need filled available. It is always out of stock and I need to call, leave a voicemail, wait for a call back, just to find out where I can get whatever it is I need. A couple of times that they have transferred a prescription for me, it never went through, so I have to go through the call, voicemail, call back process again just to ultimately end up going in person to get it all straightened out. I made on online appointment to get a vaccine. Everything was fine until the day of, 4 hours before they text me and told me my appointment was canceled. I tried to make a new one but couldn't at this location. I guess they ran out of vaccines? But i made the appointment well over a week ago, so my appointment should've had priority over walk ins. But this is easily the LEAST PROFESSIONAL cvs or any pharmacy I've ever been to.
