I didn’t have a cvs card so the lady (name on the receipt is nilofar) put in what I can guess to be her own number. At the end when she was bagging up my items I asked her if I could get a card. I used to live closer to a Walgreens but since I no longer do I would like to get one. She said sure. Then told me to have a nice day and without signing me up for a card pushed my bags towards me. Guess I’ll just go to the neighborhood market across the parking lot.
Thank you to Tracy in the pharmacy who took the time to check on pharmacy discount cards and saved me about $400.00 on 3 prescriptions. Tracy you are a winner in my book. Thanks
Went through the drive thru, picking up my mother in-laws prescription. First the person (a blonde woman) who had a stepford wife smile screwed on. She asked for my mother in-laws CVS shoppers card, while trying to find it, I have her the phone number and it did not register. Finally finding the card, the phone number was not attached. I asked can't they add it and the bimbo said no only their corporate office could do it. Customer service is not taught at this location. Pharmacy techs making too many errors at this location. BEWARE
