I would live for a Pharmacy manager to contact me asap as to why your employees are so RUDE. A customer who's being polite should be treated with sone kind of respect. And being hung up on was the last straw. Time for someone to look for different job instead of making everyone else miserable.
I went to the Lenexa, KS location (13502 W. 87th), and a middle aged woman with dark shoulder length hair assisted me behind the counter. She was so rude. I realize there is alot of stress because of the COVID, but I think her mask gave her a sense that she doesn't have to be polite. Every answer/ request was curt, and her tone was impatient. I don't shop here often, and if that's how your employees are going to treat customers, I am not enticed to do so.

I've been here several times and highly recommend to anyone. I had Cheryl Seacat and she is absolutely terrific.
CVS has better customer service than Walgreen's at 87th St Parkway and Lackman Rd. CVS's drive thru service is a lot faster also. CVS gives service with a smile. After 14 years with Walgreen's I switched all of my medications to CVS. It's a lot closer to home but I also receive faster service. Don't waste anymore time with Walgreens and switch to CVS today!!!
