Mia was very rude during my interaction with her. I ask her to recheck why my insurance didn’t come up for the medication she got upset and said “no matter how many time I look at the paper it won’t change.” After that comment I was done talking to her and requested a different cashier and she kept refusing to allow me to speak with anyone else so I started recording and that’s when she ran to the back. What I was asking her to do was look in the system to see what’s going on not literally look at the paper
Things are locked down and no one available to unlock. Failure to meet basic premise of a shop

Pharmacy on St. Paul in Baltimore needs some work. Every time I go, they’re rude, irritated, and nonchalant. They look at us like why are we there. Guess they forget, that’s how they’re compensated. But I’ve decided to stop using CVS as my pharmacy.
