I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Takara and her staff at the Target CVS Pharmacy at Tempe Marketplace! My wife and I have lived in Chicago, DC, and now Tempe, and we’ve experienced many different pharmacies over the years. I was seeking a copy of my MMR vaccine record, but instead, a CVS team member administered the vaccine without confirming its presence in their system. I made both male staff members working aware of my situation (difficulty finding or retrieving record) from my city of birth, doctor’s offices, etc. Not sure if they’re understaffed, overworked or both.
