they should not be doing covid tests in same line that people are just trying to pick up scripts in 2 cars in front of me took me 1 hr to get to window to get my meds. when i got to window they said script not ready ot was sent electronically at 1020 am this was at 1pm. unacceptable...
If you need your medication or can not risk going without... Go to Belleville Crossing Target CVS ...NOT HERE. Don't even try this place. They can not handle it. Done with them. They failed me every time. I call a week a head to have my prescription refilled, so I don't have to risk going without. I place order for pick up for the day of, so it will be ready. The day shift pharmacist changes Drs. orders to her liking. Only gave me half my script, I went through some withdrawal i.e. migraine headaches from this. My Drs Nurse called and verified the script, but she used it as a new script for the following month and got away with it. I was having surgery soon and didn't want to get further upset so I had to ration my med. My Dr has a PHD, he knows what and why he's ordering my meds. took me a hour to get my prescription then the lines were long at the front of the store
My husband spoke with Sandra and asked where the phone cards were. She told him this aisle that had all kinds of cards except the phone cards. Then she pointed somewhere else. He asked her why they made it so difficult to find the cards. She did not answer. Then when he was in line, he asked the same thing. She nonchalantly said oh, well they are always moving them. No apology or empathy.
Waiting in line just to pick up a prescription for over 20 minutes every single time you need one is ridiculous.
