The head pharmacist threatened me and said "I know where u live" like trying to intimidate me... Implying he going to do something and I'm a single mother with a 1 year old son... I tried to let the people at target know and they didn't take any action. Very disappointed
Pharmacist REFUSED to fill my prescription as I mentioned a complaint I filed against another CVS pharmacist in another state (who unethically more than once shorted my prescriptions by more than half and did not go through the routine pharmacy double-check process as required). This pharmacist said he worried about me POTENTIALLY filing a complaint against him. Gee, if you do your job properly why would you be worried?
Terrible customer service. It really is unfortunate. They are close to my home and I love the convenience. I explained to the gentlemen on the phone I would no longer be using them; he could have cared less. Please don’t waste your time and money.
Rude and DOESN'T accept United Healthcare. Not worth the experience.
