my CVS people are great but the understaffing is outrageous. two employees at the counter in the pharmacy at 6pm, and one is the pharmacist. lines down the row. 20 minutes to find out they did not have my rx, plus the bathroom was out of order. that's an hour drive from work, 20 minutes in line, 20 minutes in waiting area. then told they do not have my prescription AND I can't pee. fix it CVS!
