Holding on the phone for 5 minutes or more. Over 15 minutes was the longest. Why did I wait? Wanted to see just how long it would take for them to answer.They won. I gave up. I gave up and am going to go back to my old pharmacy.
So over trying to deal with the pharmacy here. They are lazy and they lie. I will be finding a new pharmacy first thing in the morning.
Such a horrible experience with the assistant manager and cashier I got into it with both!!! After I approached them nicely and asked a simple question and there response was absolute rudeness and the assistant manager yelling at me so of course I got mad! I was told I could not return products because it was to much of a hassle for them! And since the assistant manager said "you can call corporate and whatever you want I'm not returning your things" well I did!
Rudest employees. We were told we had to buy a backscratcher if we touched it and was accused by the lady at the counter that I was throwing my items at her. I should've shown her the difference by actually throwing something. Felt very unwanted and should've walked out without buying anything but I had eye surgery that day and needed some Tylenol and my friends daughter needed some Benadryl. We took our time looking around the store but did nothing to warrant how we were treated.
My Dr has faxed over the same RX twice and CVS has no record of it. This is not the 1st time this has happened. I can’t tell you how frustrated and unhappy I am with CVS right now. This has been going on for 3 days now.
