I rarely take the time to write a review. But in this case I felt compelled to. the lady who helped me at the pharmacy was completely unfriendly. She honestly Made me feel unwelcome. Made a statement that if I paid for something out of pocket that my insurance could drop me... it felt really crappy. My insurance doesn't cover the medication.So what then am I supposed to do when it was prescribed by my doctor? She seemed agitated as I asked her kindly to fill it. The people who rate this place 1-star are either having a bad day or waited in a longer line at a busy time of day. Letitia is awesome, she knows me by name and I don’t even come in all that much. She works hard and efficiently and also works with me and my providers to make sure we have prior authorizations and all the other things to keep us healthy. Staff have always been kind and courteous.
