Extremely horrible staff doesn't know anything just keep on blaming insurance and would not check anything on their end. Keep on saying we can't do anything call your insurance call your insurance... And very impatient would not let you talk at all.
They are not respectful at all. Most of them respond with very frowning face with high accent ignoring eye contact.
CVS care team is the absolute best around, they are very hard working and knowledgeable and they are caring, kind, and very considerate. They have proven themselves time and time again by accomplishing the impossible. Thank you Issaquah CVS care team you truly are very special and I am so grateful and thankful to you, hope you all have a wonderful holiday.
The front desk persons (not the pharmacists) don’t respect their own jobs nor their customers. They gave partial or wrong answers, blamed everything on the Insurance Company, and sometimes even tried to fool their customers. I can understand their job load. But they or CVS should know they are here to assist their customers, NOT BOSS them around. I am considering transferring to other pharmacy as CVS allows this very-low-rated branch operating this way!!
Even when it's busy, you can see that the staff is working hard to help folks. They're always polite and helpful.
