Yesterday I came in and my prescription wasn't ready and that's ok, but the Pharmacy Tech (not pharmacist) told me yesterday that I can just get my prescribed Iron OTC, it's Iron 65 and it's the same thing and cheaper than prescription. So I got it. I decided to compare it to what was prescribed and it's x2 stronger! How can these techs give advise on supplements which can be fatal? I am also expecting a child, so if I didn't check, I could have gotten iron toxicity! Medical malpractice. The last time they did the same thing... read more
