Witnessed a situation where an elderly, very kind veteran was patiently waiting in line, hoping to schedule an appointment in person for a vaccination. The worker at the time was unfriendly, dismissive, and showed no respect to the veteran. Worker treated the situation as an inconvenience and asked his coworker if she would do it because he didn’t want to. After coworker denied, his attitude worsened. Very disappointed in the lack of understanding and compassion.
Most of the folks working here sound and act like Eeyore, and can be quite rude. Not sure what’s wrong with the morale at this location but it’s been consistently unpleasant dealing with the staff at this pharmacy.
This Pharmacy has their phones turned off and the automated system intentionally makes it impossible to leave a voicemail. I’ve spent more than 15 minutes on 1 call trying to get to the voicemail option after hanging up and trying again over 3 times to figure out the call system. As an engineer, this is the most insufficient communication system I’ve ever used. This is a pharmacy where patients NEED to communicate questions and concerns regarding healthcare.
