Worst pharmacy experience I’ve had, the people working the front desk are rude and uninformed.
Witnessed a situation where an elderly, very kind veteran was patiently waiting in line, hoping to schedule an appointment in person for a vaccination. The worker at the time was unfriendly, dismissive, and showed no respect to the veteran. Worker treated the situation as an inconvenience and asked his coworker if she would do it because he didn’t want to. After coworker denied, his attitude worsened. Very disappointed in the lack of understanding and compassion.
Most of the folks working here sound and act like Eeyore, and can be quite rude. Not sure what’s wrong with the morale at this location but it’s been consistently unpleasant dealing with the staff at this pharmacy.
