This CVS pharmacy is ignoring California law that clearly allows adults over 18 to purchase syringes without a prescription. Denying access is not only illegal, it’s dangerous — people who need sterile syringes for legitimate health reasons (such as diabetes care or harm reduction) are being put at risk. This policy undermines public health and creates unnecessary barriers. I expected better from a major pharmacy chain that should know and follow state law.
I love the drive thru
Just another shitty CVS pharmacy. After calling several times to get through the useless automated assistant, I spoke to a pharmacist that refused to let me know if my medication was available to be filled. Not to fill the prescription, just to know if I should tell my doctor to send my prescription here. Because if my medication is unavailable, why the hell would I want my doctor to send the prescription here?
Do not use this pharmacy. If I could rate this zero stars I would. The pharmacist is very rude and told me to leave a voicemail next time I wanted to talk to a pharmacist instead of waiting on the line because I wanted to make sure they filled my correct prescription since the doctor had to redo my first one because they didn’t have it in stock. So not only did I have to call around to get a new prescription but had to deal with unfriendly rude customer service as well. I will never be using this pharmacy again.
CVS Pharmacy is Amazing at getting me the Prescriptions that I need! The Staff is always so friendly and willing to help me with any questions I have!!!
