Do not use this pharmacy. If I could rate this zero stars I would. The pharmacist is very rude and told me to leave a voicemail next time I wanted to talk to a pharmacist instead of waiting on the line because I wanted to make sure they filled my correct prescription since the doctor had to redo my first one because they didn’t have it in stock. So not only did I have to call around to get a new prescription but had to deal with unfriendly rude customer service as well. I will never be using this pharmacy again.
CVS Pharmacy is Amazing at getting me the Prescriptions that I need! The Staff is always so friendly and willing to help me with any questions I have!!!
The staff was kind and friendly, and very helpful, I received a discount that I was not expecting, and the service was excellent! Highly recommend CVS, especially the Spring Valley location
WORST customer service, they never pick up the phone, called several times and every time on hold for well over 30min, tried calling again same thing the pharmacy staff are lazy. So sentsomeone just picks up doesn't say nothing pht you someone to the store literally across the street and the store and drive through were dead and my phone call still hold with the manager right there not doing a thing. Very bad Customer service. I went there to pickup prescription for my wife she is pregnant and doctor prescribed some medication to take. After I purchased medicine I ask her 3 times how to take those medications she was hesitating to say the word “butt hole”. Later, I called here when i explain everything she hang up phone. She doesn’t want to listen to me. She said I don’t wanna talk to you. Very Rude customer service. I will never go back this pharmacy.
