Great service
It's impossible to speak with a human being. That's unfortunate. The hours are inconsistent and inconvenient. I had surgery and the prescription was not ready or authorized in a timely manner. Poor with medical staff.
Horrible service only reason I use them is because it’s conveniently inside Target. Never fails when you go pick up your prescription (mine was ordered 3 hrs prior to pickup) it’s never ready. My guess is when you go and say you’re there for picky THEN they start your order (not when it’s sent in). They always tell you “ we are finishing up the order it will be a few minutes, do you want to continue to shop and return”?
