was happy with the service at CVS — the staff were friendly and helpful. The only small issue was with the insurance approval. My insurance told me the bill was already approved, but CVS said they needed two more days to confirm it. Besides that, everything went smoothly, and I appreciate their help!
This has been the pharmacy I’ve used for the past year and I’ve never had any issues (other than getting past the robot phone when I want to speak with a human). My prescriptions are available quickly, and my immunizations could be scheduled same-day.
Wonderful customer service clean environment always greeting you always nice. They go over and beyond to help you as a customer. Everyone there deserves a Raise excellent Customer Sevice. Very knowledgeable on the medication
