Can’t use your cvs card or coupons here when it’s inside of a target
They never respond to my voice-mail. Never get a call back or text. Meds are not in stock and the app says it will be a "couple of days". It's been way more than a couple of days.
The customer service is always outstanding and some of the staff know me by name. At times the wait time can be longer than I would like but that is due to the fact that this is a very popular and convenient pharmacy. Been going here for several years and have no plans to go elsewhere.
Often very long waits and slow service. Poorly managed by CVS.
CW, and the staff ALWAYS go over and above taking care of the patients’ . Sometimes the lines are long(ish) but an emergency always takes priority. Picking up prescriptions can be stress inducing, and tends to make people cranky particularly when they’re not feeling well. But they’re doing a great job, put a smile on, underneath your mask, take a deep breath, (thus the mask) wait your turn and go home and we all hope you feel better soon.
