Excellent customer service by the pharmacy team.
This is my pharmacy, and the techs and pharmacists are personable and thorough. Jazz always provides exceptional customer service. Even when it's busy I know I can count on them.
Yesterday, 4/18, the Indian lady working at the pharmacy was extremely rude to me for no reason. I kindly asked a question and she was immediately rude and condescending, and she even raised her voice. I wish I would have said something back to her but I was too shocked to speak as I have never had a bad experience here in the past.
