The RXs are NEVER READY WHEN PROMISED. I WAS TOLD PICK AT 8PM. I GOT HERE AT 755.IT WASN'T READY . I WAS TOLD COME BACK IN 15 MINUTES AND IT STILL WASN'T READY. THEY TOLD ME TO CIRCLE THE BUILDING AND I DID AND I'VE BEEN WAITING 30 MINUTES IN A LINE WITH 2 PEOPLE IN FRONT OF ME!! SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION SUCKS!!
This CVS has held my prescription for 3 weeks, not doing a thing to notify me of its status other than a “we’re ordering this” the day of. I called 5 times and each time spoke with someone rude and stand offish who all told me the prescription was ordered and who knew when it would be in. The most recent time I called i was on hold for ten minutes then hung up on, and when I called back the woman had a horrible attitude. The weekend day Pharmacist is terrible at 5999 Normandy Blvd. She always fails to order my Rx and couldn't care less. This particular pharmacist knows I fill my Rx all the time but refuses to order enough medicine so I can get mine on time so I always have to wait past due. She is unfriendly and certainly not what I would call professional and I've been an RN for 11 years....so I know a thing or 2 about dealing with sick people needing their meds.
They were so helpful and concerned about my well being. Thanks to the employees there for taking the time to care.
