I was having a difficult time getting my provider to approve a refill. I had to call CVS in Brighton a few times to check to see if they received anything from the doctor’s office. They always called me back promptly and never seemed annoyed that I had to call them. They finally got the approval for the refill and they filled it in an hour so it would be ready when I arrived. Well done CVS! Great customer service
Amazing service! The pharmacist recognized me in line and processed a prescription that had been sent late the night before from an ER. I received a text my order was ready by the time it was my turn. That is wonderful, caring customer service with human experience. All the employees at this location are wonderful. I truly do feel valued and cared for. Thank you!!!
Everyone I have dealt with have been very helpful and knowledgeable, always willing to explain any questions I may have. I travel often and appreciate that I am able to refill prescriptions and pickup where I may be at CVS.
