Customer service bad experience. I called 2 times. Both times I’ve waited for someone to pick up for about 15 min each time.
I Made an appointment online and when I got to the store it was not available on their computer system. Even though I had a confirmation. They did some working around the appointment schedule and they were able to make my appointment at the pharmacy desk. But the online checking in and making appointment was disappointing.
Slow. Pharmacist (male name may be Sara) didn’t know what an inhaler is. Told me to swallow the inhalant. When I questioned esophagus swallow an inhaler or inhale to the bronchus he said “same thing” Nop. It’s not!
Service is terrible.
We love this pharmacy. Such a wonderful, helpful, kind, professional, & knowledgeable staff. And very clean and nice shopping area in Target. 5/5 stars!
