Just got my COVID and Flu shot. No pain and a really nice person who gave me the shot. No pain and nice person, a good combination.
Came in to request an electronic refill request to be sent to my psychiatrist, as he was out of office until 11/9. They told me they can’t do that with controlled substances, even though I’ve had it done here before. Then, to top it off, the staff was very dismissive and rude afterward, they didn’t even wish me a nice day. Instead they just kinda walked away and didn’t say anything.
Checked in 3 times, told me to wait, spent over two hours waiting in the store, only to come for pick up and be told another 15 minutes for flavoring! For a kids medicine, which i asked about the first 2 times in line. Absolutely rude pharmacist, Absolutely unknowledgable staff, completely incompetent. Staff always claims they never received prescription and then when you explain you will call yoir personal doctor they "magically" find the prescription! Customer service bad experience. I called 2 times. Both times I’ve waited for someone to pick up for about 15 min each time.
I Made an appointment online and when I got to the store it was not available on their computer system. Even though I had a confirmation. They did some working around the appointment schedule and they were able to make my appointment at the pharmacy desk. But the online checking in and making appointment was disappointing.
