I recently moved and needed a prescription refill transferred from out of state. I saw that CVS accepts my healthcare and brought the label of my medication to the pharmacy to ask if they could help me fill my prescription. The woman behind the counter was very helpful and honest and told me they would need to contact the out of state pharmacy and that they’d try to get it filled as quickly as possible because she recognized it’s an important medication. Everytime I go to this CVS the guy with the glasses seems visibly annoyed and the young woman with half of her hair dyed blonde seems that way too, but she is usually slightly more helpful than the first person I mentioned. Today at approximately 10 a.m. I came to pick up ny prescription and the guy with the glasses was helping someone. He was finishing up helping someone when we were waiting in line. I was in a real bad predicament and a lot of pain, having just been in a car accident the night before and desperate to fill my Rx. The pharmacist here was visibly annoyed when I mentioned that I was stranded there until my prescription was filled. I don't think he possesses an ounce of compassion. Really came across as an unpleasant, unfriendly person. He does not put the "care" in healthcare. Would not personally recommend this place at all.
Showed up today at 10:25am and they’re not open. What is going on here?
