They didnt have a good selection in hair spray and they keep the DOVE and olay soap locked up which I thought was weird.
They drop the ball every single time and now they aren’t 24 hours either.
This new staff is the worst. No matter how long you wait before picking up your prescription it is never ready. They always have an excuse even when they promise a certain time. Very poor service.
getting a prescription filled here is a joke. never ready on time and rude to boot. I called one in before 8am today and requested a 1pm pick up. I didnt get there til 6pm and a rude person at the window tells me its not ready and the wait is 30 mins maybe longer because im in the drive thru. No it should have been ready at 1pm she got an attitude because I refused to let this go.

I wanted to thank Mike and Jeanne for go the extra mile for me when my insurance (UHC) was nothing but trouble and causing me great distress. If not for them I would probably still be arguing with UHC and Optum RX. Also, Ashley at Ellicott City for helping out last minute with a sold out script. Thank You!
I would like to know why there is a sign at the drive through that says “let us know if you need any other merchandise with your prescription”?? I just had to wait in line behind 7 other cars after already waiting for two hours at the doctor and being diagnosed with pneumonia. I feel like crap and needed to get home to bed as soon as possible. Your photo booth service are TERRIBLE. They don't work, takes forever, and online ordering with pick is not ever available even for basic products. Serious overhaul needed.
This place is AWFUL!!! 25 minutes in line at the drive-thru and drive up to a handwritten note in the window that they are closed due to being short staffed! They ALWAYS mess up our prescriptions!! And NEVER have them ready when promised. RUDE staff!!! Transferred all my prescriptions and my family prescriptions to another pharmacy!! By the way....I have been a customer for over six years and the service has gotten worse and will NOT be going back!!!
