Employees need to answer the phones, period, and when they do, not have a terrible attitude and argue with the sick people they are attempting to scam out of their hard earned money. I've never met ruder, lazier, or more incompetent people than the people they actually pay money to work at this pharmacy. I've had MULTIPLE issues with these people trying to force me to pay HUNDREDS of dollars for scripts that should cost under $50. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS AT CVS! My mother received a $100 gift card from Macy’s. She went to go use it and was informed that it was not activated. She had the receipt but the numbers didn’t match. She brought the card back to CVS and explained the situation to the manager named Tammy. Tammy was the rudest most unprofessional manager she had ever dealt with. Cvs always sent weekly coupons now nothing?? I'm shopping there less now!! Their prices are ridiculous now since they stopped selling cigarettes too! Disappointed �

Cvs is not the perfect place! But the employees are very nice and helpful. They do the best they can with short staff. Have good sales! But most important they are there whenever I need something. Today Blizzard and they are there for all your last minute shoppers. For sudden sickness.

I'll just say it's not the employees that make this store a dump. They are hustling while the rude customers shout from across the store and act like fools.

Will say all employees have been good but SO SHORT STAFFED!!! 25min on hold for pharmacy no1 picked up i had to hang up!! Still no answer!! EVERYTIME I go here it takes like 30mins just to pick up A script! They have 4 registers and only 1 open ALL the time!! Hire more employees makes this place horrible due to wait time and under staffed pharmacy!!!! I wouldnt get your script filled here unless u have an hr or so to kill. I go here once a month ALWAYS short handed!!!
