Can't even talk to a real person about an urgent matter. You are practically forced to leave a voicemail then expected to be ok with a 1 hour callback. If you try to avoid the forced voicemail, the robot tells you to call back later then hangs up on you. Yes I called when they were not on their meal break.
They don’t call when your prescription is ready. Finding out if it’s ready over the phone is impossible. Painful to do business with.
Normally I pay about $300 to get meds in California. Much to my surprise it was free in Utah!!
I get better customer service at Taco Bell Seriously, incredibly unprofessional. Their hours on Sunday are a very narrow window. They are posted as one thing and when I show up they tell everyone we didn't have lunch come back in half an hour. They are only open for 2 hours the entire day
