The automated system is rediculas trying to refill prescriptions.
What an awful and obnoxious experience. I had my doctor send my prescription to this CVS for the first time, I call them to confirm I can pick up my medication without my physical card, they tell me yes. I pull up and turns out they can’t use any cards on file because they use Target Registers. They told me I could transfer it to a different CVS of my choice, I just have to call them. Cvs was the only one who had my medication in stock and filled it immediately when prescription was received. The two employees that were there at time I arrived were very busy and tried their best to get to the next customer in a timely manner. They were courteous and helpful.
Garrett was incredibly helpful. Another CVS caused a few issues with transferring a prescription, but Garrett identified the problem, called them, sorted it out and filled it quickly. Really appreciate how kind and efficient this team is.
