CVS, went to pick up my generic lipitor prescription and was dumbfounded by the price. They had filled a ninety day supply of 10 mgs. I was told that will be 110.00. I said do you take this prescription card. The response was no. She asked was I using a coupon, which I replied is there a coupon? Again no. Not prepared to pay the 110.00 She filled a 1 month supply for 39.04. I got home checked for online coupon and there it was a 90 day prescription for 28.15. I So I went to the Doctor Tuesday and my Blood Pressure was High my PCP called my prescriptions in to the CVS on Winchester I picked them up but one was missing because they had to order it today is Thursday and they still don’t have it in, but other stores did have it, now why in the hell did I have to suggest they send it to another location, why didn’t they call me and say we ordered it hasn’t come in yet but we’ll send it to another store who has it instead of me constantly calling them. Their slow but they get the job done
I had awesome experience! Me&Mom actually took our time and walked through. #Found good stuff
EVERY time I pick up a prescription (drive thru or going inside) it is at least a half hour wait to even be helped. On one occasion, I had 1 prescription (which is already packaged and doesn't need to be counted out) that was sent over from a doctor and it wasn't ready 5 hours later! So I had to wait another 45 minutes for them to stick a label on a box. Also, 8 out of 10 times the pharmacy tech is rude and acts like it's an inconvenience to do their job. I've had enough. I'm switching pharmacies.
This pharmacy is ridiculous.. I called first thing this morning for them to get a transfer for me... And yes I know what consists of getting a transfer seeing I am a pharmacy technician myself... There's no reason my prescription isn't ready by now... This isn't the first time I have had a bad experience with a CVS pharmacy. The one on stage is just as bad.. I hate my insurance is even through CVS.... They are horrible and not on top of their job obviously. Ugh rant over
