This CVS has let me down many times. I get prescriptions filled there. I went through the drive thru on Saturday June 21st 2025 @ 348pm. The male name GER FIRAOL rejected my coupon I wanted to use. Okay. He rings up my prescriptions fast. He had my payment card already. I say did you put my number in, so I can get my coupons on receipt? He say NO. I say why not? Every time I pick up my medication, Tejona J is incredibly professional, cheerful, and helpful. This is the absolute WORST CVS pharmacy team I have ever encountered.
